TimeIt is a small utility to shut down, restart or put to sleep your Mac at a predetermined time.
You can choose a specific date/time in the future (unlike the EngerySaver pane).
Includes simple Automator action to include in your workflows. (No timing included yet, though)
User Interface avaible in English, German and French.

At the moment no documentation is included because it is fairly self-explaining. Simply drag the application icon to you Applications folder and start TimeIt.
